Dragon Book Cover

James brought this book cover to our attention after he had spent way too much trying to get the original designer to correct it’s many issues.  With several revisions we were able to rescue the dragon and bring it to life.

When creating a book cover it is always important to target your market.  Things like the length of the nose and the overall feeling of a cover are important. While placement of elements on the back cover can affect readability.  Although the brown versions of this cover were very nice research shows they will not sell as well as something with a splash of color to the YA audience this book was written for.

As in all matters the design option decisions ultimately fall upon the client.  We can give our recommendation but you are the one who has to make the decision of which cover you prefer.

This cover contains two principle characters, the dragon and the teen, as well as multiple special effects.  It woud would run approximately $350.
